By accessing or using ThanksCode ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ThanksCode is a financial service platform that allows users to:

• Send and receive money through shareable codes
• Add funds to their account
• Withdraw funds from their account
• Manage financial transactions

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We are not liable for losses due to stolen or compromised credentials
• You must use a strong, unique password

4. Financial Terms

4.1 Funds and Balances

• Your account balance represents funds held by ThanksCode
• Funds are processed through our payment processor (Stripe)
• All transactions are final unless otherwise stated

4.2 Fees

• We reserve the right to charge fees for certain transactions
• Current fees (if any) are displayed before transaction completion
• Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice

4.3 Tip Codes

• Tip codes are valid for 30 days from creation
• Unclaimed codes can be cancelled for a refund
• You cannot claim your own tip codes
• Codes are single-use only

4.4 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00
• Processing time is typically 2-5 business days
• We reserve the right to verify identity before processing withdrawals
• Withdrawal fees (if any) will be clearly disclosed

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the Service
• Use the Service to launder money or finance illegal activities
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount in your account or $100, whichever is greater
• We are not liable for third-party actions (including payment processors)
• We are not liable for losses due to your negligence or misconduct

7. Service Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service
• We may change these Terms with 30 days notice
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Major changes will be communicated via email

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, we suspect fraudulent activity, or as required by law.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data to provide and improve our services.

BY USING THANKSCODE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
